Mr. John Dietrick has almost 40 years of legal experience. He had served as Attorney, General Counsel, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal. One day, while enjoying the Kansas sunset, and seeking a new challenge, he decided to open his own law firm, Law Offices of John R. Dietrick, P.A. (“Dietrick Law”). In 2018, he brought on a law clerk, Allison Zerbe. Following successful completion of the February 2019 Bar Exam, Allison became an Associate Attorney with the Firm, and was promoted to Partner in July 2023.

The firm specializes in Employment, Labor, Corporate, and Tribal Law. The firm understands that choosing a lawyer is an important decision and not one that should not be easily filibustered by superficial marketing. Every case is different.
